Not sure if this was discussed before. If so please put it in the right thread ?
Seem to be getting well over 100 “DNS server settings changed.” using Glasswire. After trying Open DNS with Cyrpt.
I’m using VMWare Free & VirtuallBox that the DNS request’s seem to pop up constantly.
GlassWire Service sometimes will not start up.
Willing to provide dumps and crash logs.

We just released an update today that shows more DNS details. Please upgrade. I’m working on announcing it in the Blog, etc… but I haven’t done it yet.
Just updated, and this has stopped the constant popups. Also the GlassWire Service has not crashed as of yet.

Great! This new version also allows you to choose what desktop notifications you want to see under settings/security.
