Another bug submission: scrollbar in Usage keep moving to the top

Hello again,

I can’t use the “Apps” and “Traffic” data in the usage tab.
The scrollbar keeps moving on top before I can clic on something behind the first screen. It is annoying.

I don’t mind.
I have this problem on windows 7 sp1 x64 running on an i7 860 / 8GB DDR3 / hd7970.
I also have it on windows 8.1 update 1 x64 running on an i5 4300u / 12GB DDR3 / hd4400 + gt730m

edit: both are pro edition.
