App blocked but still access

I blocked Google Chrome in the apps firewall, but i’m still able to browse with Chrome.

Do you use another third party software that could be disabling Windows Firewall?

Windows Firewall is enabled and there is no third party firewall software.
De problem only exist with Windows 10, with Windows 7 Chrome is blocked.

Is it possible you have two Chrome installs in different locations? You can check the path of Chrome if you go to the Firewall tab and click its icon.

Same location: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe”
