Ask to Connect breaks app's first connection (Docker)

Install Docker Desktop and check for update. With Ask to Connect it fails with exception before the GW allow dialog appears. With Click to block it works ok.

Version 2.2.210 on latest Windows 10.0.19041.388 x64 Pro.

Thanks for your report. We will investigate and see if it’s possible to solve it. We do have some limitations with the Windows Firewall API.
