At reboot blocking returns

Hello,
Some time ago, I blocked “HPNetworkCommunicatorCom” in the firewall.
It turned out later that this blockage prevented the use of my printer HP.
Unblocking solves the problem only temporarily because at each reboot blocking returns!
How can i solve this definively ? Did I miss something?
Thank you

It’s the same thing with “HP SupportAssistant”. I may discover others later …

@Belga

You are in “Ask to connect” mode, or what firewall mode?

In your firewall tab do these apps appear one time, or more than once? Thanks.

I’m in “Ask to connect” and the apps appear one time.
Thank you Ken.

@Belga

There is probably something wrong with your Windows Firewall rules.

Go to add/remove programs and uninstall GlassWire, then go to your “Windows Firewall” control panel and choose “restore defaults”.

Next reboot, then reinstall our latest software using our installer with two boxes checked in our installer: “clean install” and “restore defaults”

If you need your settings/history you can choose not to check “clean install”.

Now your firewall rules should work properly. Did it fix it?

@ Ken
After the reboot,a popup window saying that some features of HP have been blocked and asking to indicate if it is a private or public network.
I allowed access.
This happened again during the installation of Glasswire. I again allowed private network access.
Everything seems to work fine now.
I also scanned the registry with Ccleaner after reinstallation. It proposes to delete about fifteen keys all located in HKLM \System\ControlSet001\services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\FirewallRules.
(I cannot attach the jpg-file here)
Thank you.

I’m glad it’s working now! Thanks for using GlassWire.
