Best way to find throughput of a file download/upload

Hi, new to glasswire here and I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions for best gathering throughput for a specific file upload/download in b/ps. In the graph, I can see there are times, but I can’t isolate specific connections. It does tell me total bytes downloaded/uploaded but that’s not what I need right now. For throughput measurement is the method to just find the start/end times and do some manual math to figure this outside of the application?

Thanks.

GlassWire is a historical network monitor. Maybe these Blog posts are useful?

Also you can switch the bandwidth speed units if you go to our top left menu and choose “settings” then check “general” if it’s helpful.
