How do I block all internet access until GlassWire is running, specifically during startup?

Go to the firewall tab, then choose “block all” mode with the firewall. Even when GlassWire is not running the apps should still stay blocked due to the API we use.

Does this mean literally everything (windows processes that are not necessarily blockable through Glasswire and even any new app that for some reason executes during the following start up? ]
And if I understand, this is something you have to manually do every restart, that you ideally should it to ask to connect or click to block? ANd if i understand before restart you also have to change to block all mode as well?
