Can I block an app from the internet but allow it to connect locally

I cant see a way in glasswire to block an app from going on the internet but allow it to connect within the LAN. I did see a post from 2015 asking the same thing and was wondering if this option has been added ?

This seems to be difficult to implement with IPV6 but we are still investigating.
