Can I monitor another computer in another house?

I got Glasswire for my family and I would like to monitor their Glasswire. I enabled “Remote Access” but one house has IPv6. I tried using her IPv4 Address and still I cant get connected

Part 1 Installing TeamViewer

  1. Open the TeamViewer download page.
  2. Scroll down and click Download now.
  3. Open the TeamViewer setup file.
  4. Check the “Personal / non-commercial use” box.
  5. Click Accept - finish.
  6. Click Yes when prompted.
  7. Open TeamViewer.

Part 2 Enabling Easy Access

  1. Click Start TeamViewer with Windows.
  2. Click Assign device to the account.
  3. Click Create an account.
  4. Create a TeamViewer account.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Finish.
  7. Click Assign.
  8. Verify your email address.
  9. Click Grant for easy access.

Part 3 Using TeamViewer on Another Computer

  1. Make sure TeamViewer is running on the host computer.
  2. Open TeamViewer.
  3. Click the “Contacts” tab.
  4. Enter your TeamViewer account’s email address and password.
  5. Click Sign In.
  6. Double-click My Computers.
  7. Double-click your computer’s name.
