Recently my HDD went Tango Uniform and had to be replaced. After multiple attempts to download GW on my windows machine, I did so using my linux box to obtain the Glass Wire download and successfully install it on my new Windows 10 drive. The problem is, that while GW is correctly installed, it won’t allow me to activate. What am I doing wrong here? I don’t see anything in the instructions and there is no place I see where I can get the technical assistance other than in a forum.
