This is not the account that I need help with. I signed in with G here. Here’s the full problem: on my main email account, I accidently upgraded to 2 endpoints because I sort of had to. My old computer blew up and this is a different device. There was no option to “downgrade” on the website. I did learn that I could deactivate endpoints; but that was only after I had upgraded to paying for 2 devices. So, the only logical thing to do was to cancel it all. It ended yesterday and prompted me on the app. I clicked the “upgrade” button and paid for a new premium plan. And then the app started saying “network error.” I read on a forum that I should reinstall glasswire and try again. I can’t log back in. My password doesn’t work; and when I try to reset my password, it says “you are already logged in.”
Make it make sense. I really just want to log in on my main account so that I can properly activate my premium subscription again.
