Hi there, I am trying to deactivate a license of GlassWire Pro from a Windows 7 Enterprise laptop. When I click on deactivate the program closes down only to restart, still in an activated state. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.
Are you using our latest software? Can you try upgrading by installing our latest version over the top and see if the problem continues?
