Can't install on windows 7 sp1 32-bit

It says cannot find ‘MSVCP140.dll’, cannot find qt5core.dll, and the program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtimeI1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Please help

I do not know if you have tried it already, but the runtime dll missing is usually sorted by installing Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.

I am not sure this is the complete solution, but something that is worth giving it a shot. Also, are you latest with all the updates?
