Check for Updates?

Are you going to add a “Check for updates” function to the menus?

Do you mean a way for users to automatically check for updates on their own? Yes, I think we should consider adding that.

Someone also mentioned a setting that made GlassWire ask before checking for updates and that’s a good option also.

I didn’t want to open a seperate thread, but it looks like Glasswire doesn’t alert me of the new v1.0.23b. Is this check done only once a day?
And in case I want to update manually, do you recommend to unistall the old version first?

We haven’t alerted users to upgrade yet via GlassWire. The update via GlassWire will probably come Monday or Tuesday once we’re sure our infrastructure is ready.
