I may be just misreading this notification but this is happened on a few cases and I would really appreciate any clarification that can be offered. I will include the screenshot below
The program backs term is asking for a connection to my local raspberry pi but for some reason the resolved name comes up to be my password manager notifications. Is this just a simple bug or should I be concerned?

If you go to our top left menu and choose “About”, what version of GlassWire are you using?
Version 2.2.210, though I believe this was also an issue on the previous version, I just chalked it up to a glitch. I have since updated to the latest version and I will keep an eye out to see if this happens again.
Any idea what could cause this?
Yes, this is a known issue with 2.2.210 unfortunately. You should update and the issue should go away over time as the DNS updates and corrects.
