Cpu usage in Network Store Interface Service

high CPU usage(50 % regardless of setup) in Network Store Interface Service occurs randomly and not all the time in uptime .restarting GW fixed it once but couldn’t reproduce the fix in different times.
I’m suspecting a conflict with Cisco openconnect which im using self-hosted just wanted to point it out while im finding some workaround with it.
