Go into task manager and end the 2-3 glasswire processes.
GlassWire is easy to uninstall and the instructions are linked from every page of our website near the bottom. Go to add/remove programs in Windows to uninstall GlassWire.
However in your case it looks like you have done something unusual like trying to remove each of our files manually, so you may have to reinstall our app, reboot, then go to add/remove programs to uninstall.
