It seems that desktop alerts do not always work with Application info monitor and Virus Total (alerts are always present in the Alerts screen).
The settings “Show desktop notification” are enabled.
I am not able to say when it works and when it does not.
I have also never received a desktop alert about DNS Change (see an older post)
If you go to our top left menu and choose “About”, what version of GlassWire do you have?
Is the DNS setting on in settings/security? If it’s off, you will receive no alert. It’s off by default.

DNS setting is on.
It systematically happens when the laptop is turned on (please see a previous post).
