What could “Device cupuz136” was added mean is it some sort of danger ?

It looks like that’s a driver for a popular HWM/Benchmark software called cpuid according to this link I found https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-hardware/cwindowstempcpuz136cpuz136x64sys-what-is-it/88b7cb3f-cfa8-4ffe-96c0-9646639ab521 but you could upload it to VirusTotal.com just in case.

I have some further information. When restating the computer next morning i had anther Device List Change Alert this time
Device cupuz136" was Removed
I also found this info from “Google”
/Cpuz136_x64.sys is a Windows driver. A driver is a small software program that allows your computer to communicate with hardware or connected devices. This means that a driver has direct access to the internals of the OS, hardware etc.
So not sure what happened however I have searched computer Registry and Files can find no evidence of this file or driver, done a complete Microsoft Security Essential and Maleware Pro scans which both came up clean.
