Does glasswire work when the system is shutdown while other devices are on?

I want to know that whether this application will count the data usage if the system on which its installed is shut down while other devices in the network are running?
Also how to reset the data usage count?

GlassWire only counts the data of the device it is installed on, so if the device is shut down it will not be sending/receiving any data hopefully.

To reset the history go to settings/general and reset.
