“Download Update” button (notification) do nothing. Again, same as the update before.

Do you use a third party utility that makes changes to the Windows user interface somehow? Perhaps it is blocking something our software uses?
No, I dont use a third party utilities. But first i install GlassWire inside 360 Total Security.
