Glass wire not answering and using a lot of RAM

Yesterday my Glasswire started to show a strange behavior. Fist it is using around 2GB of my RAM and second it is frozen in the “visualizing network”…. I don’t know why and I would like a answer from the support.

Also, I would like to make a small suggestion. I couldn’t find a way to enter in contact with the support through private massage and I am really frustrated because of that, thus please make it easier to users to get in contact with the support.

Sorry about the problem. If you don’t mind losing your data please uninstall GlassWire, reboot, then reinstall our latest version with the “clean” option. You won’t lose your paid status.

If you need to keep your data please install our latest version on top of your current one, then reboot and see if that solves it. If it does not solve it please try a clean install as suggested above.
