GlassWire frozen when laptop awakes

Good afternoon. I have an HP Studio X360 G5 laptop with the ClearView 4K multi touch screen in case any of that matters with NVidia Quadro P1000 graphics.

Whenever I wake my laptop from sleep, GlassWire is on the desktop and the only thing visible is a frame, not the graph or anything, just a thin, very thin outlined frame. The only way to remove it is going into task manager and killing the process.

I have hibernation disabled on this laptop if that makes any difference and before sleeping GlassWire is minimized to the notification area, hidden.

Normally I’d ask if you had a .dmp file on your desktop so you could send it. But we’ve completely rewritten GlassWire to make it even more stable.

Could you join our email list http://eepurl.com/bVfWqD and we’ll have a beta out for you to test next week?

Hello! Thanks for the reply. I got the link for the 2.2.193 beta the other day, installed it and for a couple of days did not notice the behavior but it still rears it’s head every once in a while although I can’t quite put my finger on what series of events has to happen for it to occur.

@Cristian_Zamora

Do you see a .dmp file on your desktop after it happens? That .dmp file can help us find the cause and fix it. You can email it to us using Google drive or something similar with a link to this thread.

If you don’t have a .dmp you should send us the logs immediately after this happens next time.
c:\programdata\glasswire\service\log

There are severn log files in the folder you directed me to. How can I send them to you?

@Cristian_Zamora

Please go to https://www.glasswire.com/contact/ and send it to one of the email addresses on our contact page. Thanks!
