As i say, Glasswire have done this 3 times before posting and reverts back to click to block and deactivated firewall, after i click 1 or 2 times to turn it on from the button on/off opens a web page to buy Glasswire.
Its a nasty bug as it turns off the protection, and you have to pay attention to notice it.

Sorry for the problem. Please email us, meanwhile please uninstall GlassWire, reboot, then reinstall our latest version with the “clean” option in the installer.
If that does not work please remove any third party software that may interact with Windows firewall.
