The Service stops frequently daily.
Sorry for the issue. If you go to our top left menu and choose “About”, what version do you have?
The service starts properly with glasswire but sometime later the service has stopped and I know this by the gray icon on the taskbar. I then restart the service until the next shutdown of the service.
This is a many times a day occurence. Of course all the dependencies are ok.
Do you see any .dmp files on your desktop? Also, were you able to check what version of GlassWire you are using?
I see a few .dmp files on the desktop.
The version is 2.3.343
Please email us the .dmp file using a cloud system, like Google Drive or Dropbox.
It can help us find the issue and fix it.
Firewall on the app was turned on in addition to my security app;s firewall and this could have caused the service to stop. Disabled GW firewall and now after 24 hours, the app seems fine.
It should not cause the service to stop. I haven’t seen anyone report this before.
