Сервис GlassWire недоступtн

Как только включаю программу пишет Сервис GlassWire недоступен
Просит перезагрузить программу
Я перезагружаю и такая же ошибка

Please go to add/remove programs and uninstall GlassWire.

Reboot.

Reinstall using our “clean install” option in the installer.

If you run “Windows Update” and reboot, does GlassWire begin running? Some older Windows 7 versions can have this issue, but we have found running Windows Update solves it for some people. We are not sure why this happens.
