Going to Things, then SCAN makes GW to crash, BUT, if I restart the app, I can see my connected devices.
Are you seeing a .dmp file on your desktop? If so could you email it to us using a cloud service like Google Drive? It will help us see how this happened and suggest a fix.

How long have you had GlassWire installed? Are you a new user, or have you had our software for awhile?
If you go to our top left menu and choose “About” what version do you have?
I’m a new user, still testing GlassWire Trial (3 days left). Im running version 2.1.152.
Could you uninstall GlassWire, reboot, then reinstall using our “clean install” installer option? Now scan again and let me know your results.

Could you send us a numbered list of instructions to reproduce the crash? Could you set up logging and reproduce the issue, then email us any logs?
Could you email us some logs? It will help us diagnose the problem.
- Stop the GlassWire service;
- Copy log.conf to C:\ProgramData\GlassWire\service
- Start the GlassWire service and reproduce the problem
- Send us the logs from C:\ProgramData\GlassWire\service\log
