Hello
I installed glasswire from steam.
But my friend wanted to get a trial so downloaded glasswire from official website.
He told me that he couldn’t delete the file. Antivirus is OK but he couldn’t delete the setup file even after restarting PC.
After that he turned on safe mode then setup file automatically gone.
I don’t know what is it. Can anyone explain?

I have never seen this reported before. I think it must be related to Windows. Perhaps you can send your friend this page to help http://www.wikihow.com/Delete-Files-That-Cannot-Be-Deleted.
Thanks for a quick reply. I will tell my friends. I already confirmed him that Glasswire is clear on Virustotal
But first impression was destroyed.
