Glasswire noticed me that a service called svchost take a 440 mg in just two minutes, I reviewed the service and make sure it isn’t a virus, but I couldn’t disable it, please help me to stop this madness
svchost.exe is a normal feature of Windows. It allows other processes to share the same network services such as connecting to the Internet. It can generate a lot of traffic because it is used for updates and telemetry.
If you want to reduce the traffic then you can turn off or uninstall Windows features. Here’s an old GlassWire blog post as an example of this:
