HELP: Unable to log in from app

I just opened laptop this morning, and I noticed GlassWire got updated. However I was forced to log in again. I keep trying but nothing happens on the app. I am logged into the website no problem. I then tried to delete the endpoint and add it again but still not working.

Also, why is there no “support” link or button on the dashboard? We should be able to open support cases as paying customer.

Please can you follow the below steps to rest the deice ID and then continue proceed to log in? It should solve the problem, but do let me know if wither way.
