Help with Glasswire for Android

Hi all,

I am having issues with using Glasswire on my Samsung Note 9.

The app isn’t updating my usage ‘live’ and only shows me the updated usage after I toggle my mobile data ‘off’ and then ‘on’ again.

I have made sure my phone isn’t optimising the app for battery use and I have played around with the update interval but to no avail.

Can anyone offer any suggestions on how I can get it working?

Sorry for the issue. If you make the changes suggested here does it solve it?

Meanwhlie we’re working on a major update that will be out in the fall, and that update will solve the issue permanently with no OS settings changes required.
