History Lost or Deleted?

Is it possible that GlassWire will lose information or Clear the History without someone pushing the button? We have 4 devices on our WiFi and want to see where the data is disappearing to but one device keeps resetting to 0.
Is someone deleting the history or is such an error known to have happened before eg after the Laptop updates and restarts etc?

It’s NOT usual for GlassWire’s history to disappear. The rare times I have seen this reported have been because the customer used a “cleaning” application.

If you are using a “cleaning” application please white list the programdata/glasswire folder. If a third party application is deleting GlassWire’s files then it cannot work properly.
