There is no Markdown for keyboard keys so you can enclose keyboard text between the HTML elements <kbd> and </kbd>:

  • Ctrl is <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>

  • Windows is <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>

You can also use HTML named characters/symbols:

  • Left can be represented as ← which is <kbd>&larr;</kbd>

Note that HTML generally doesn’t work in topic titles.
