I have Glasswire Elite on five computers. On two of them, Glasswire “forgets” that it has been activated everytime I restart it. This is pretty dangerous situation as it causes Glasswire to stop securing my computers without a warning.
Sorry for the issue.
First of all, we made GlassWire Basic, Pro, and Elite work where it will continue to block even if it’s deactivated. You must press “OK” to stop the blocking. Hopefully that helps with the security issue.
Do you use any other firewall software? If so, please unblock GlassWire.
Do you use CCleaner or any cleaning software? If so they can delete our files, so you should white list the programdata/glasswire folder. If our files are deleted then GlassWire can deactivate.
If neither one of these issues applies to you could you go to add/remove programs and uninstall GlassWire, reboot, then reinstall with “reset firewall” checked. Then try activating again.
