I googled and saw it was a plan but it sounded like there was no solid plan on how to perform it yet at the time. I found out GlassWire was on Android and loved it a lot and made monitoring Tethering great. Sadly I have it on my Phone just to monitor be nice if it was on my PC down the road so I can watch the phone remotely.
Yes, we hope to link everything together someday. It requires a backend infrastructure though, so we want to make sure we do it in a safe and secure way.
