LIcense Renewal Demand After Already Paid

Got an email telling my trial has expired and with a demand to pay but Glasswire About tells me I have 323 days to go and I Renewed Via Clever Bridge 23 Oct 2022 $73.80 and have the Paypal receipt to confirm that. I send the details to help@glasswire.com. This smells like a bug or a corrupt Account Management database so I would be surprised if I am the only one.
