Mini Viewer click through

As titled
I would like to see mini viewer click through option, so I don’t need to hide or move it to click other app button behind it.

Do you know of any Windows apps that work this way? I have never seen it before so I am not sure if that’s possible with Windows.

I also use Rainmeter and I have my skin at 80% transparency with click through
