Perhaps I don’t understand, but are you looking for a way to ignore certain app network activity? If so instructions are here https://www.glasswire.com/userguide/#GlassWire_Menu if you look for the “Incognito” section.
You can make any app incognito. Find it on the firewall or anywhere else and click its icon, then choose “more” then choose to make it incognito.
