I just noticed that the minimal extra features enabled by my Basic registration were unavailable, and it saying ‘Buy!’ next to them. I then tried re-activating the program, but it told me that that activation code had already been used multiple times and was no longer valid (that’s untrue - I’d used it only once before). I’d appreciate assistance, including fixing the bug that’s locked me out from my registration. It’s bad enough that my registration has so far got me NO additional features that are of use to me, and therefore apparently was a waste of money to start with.
I’ve now found in another thread here the GW helpline e-mail address, and have contacted them about this matter, so this thread is now redundant. This thread can therefore be deleted as far as I’m concerned.
