Network tab is grayed out, tells me to buy GlassWire

On 8/13/2016, I purchased GlassWire. Today I click on the Network tab and the screen is grayed. It tells me two devices currently detected. Buy GlassWire to get alerted when new devices join your network along with device details. Why am I getting this and what can I do to fix it?

Just to be clear, did you go to the top left GlassWire menu and choose “activate” and enter your paid activation code yet? You must do that to get the paid version.

If you did so and somehow lost activation can you try adding the code again? If GlassWire then still becomes deactivated please uninstall, reboot, then reinstall our latest version with the “clean” option, then activate again.

If the problem continues, are you using a third party utilities that “cleans” your PC? It may be deleting parts of our software.
