is there a new ms glitch and will you send out a new update?
It sounds like you can’t connect to the local GlassWire service on your PC.
If you uninstall GlassWire in add/remove programs, then reboot your PC, then reinstall using our “clean install” option with our installer does it solve it?
Are any of these services stopped? They are required for GlassWire to run and all should be on by default with Windows.

Hi.Ken. I waited to see if anything improved on it’s own. my last response thanked you for your help, which worked for my desktop, but not my laptop. I will check on the services you listed. I see a new update coming. should I just wait for that?
