Option to choose 12 hour clock or 24 hour clock

Please consider adding an option to select either a 12 hour clock or 24 hour clock (military time). I read that it is supposed to pick the clock based on your OS but mine is set to 24 hour (sweden) and it still shows as 12 hour.
