I installed latest version of GW on a VM w\ Windows Server 2016. This system usually have lot of incoming connections (about 200) and unfortunately the OS stops after a while and I should perform a hard reset! After hours of troubleshooting I Stopped GW service and wow! everything back to the normal mode and the VM works without any crash. Is it a known issue? and is there any solution to solve it, cause I really need to use GW to monitor my data usage. Thanks
We had another user who had this problem. After running Windows update and updating the server to the latest OS version the problem was solved. Can you try it?
