Is there anyway to lock the Glasswire app, so users won’t try to clear log without administrator access.

No. We are considering kind of an “admin” mode where the graph is locked for IT and Information Security professionals. The password would be the machine admin password.
Currently our GlassWire settings can be locked this way, but we don’t prevent users from deleting their history currently.
