It is possible our forum and email support replies may be temporarily delayed due to ice storms in Austin, Texas.

Ice storms in this area are unusual and often take down power lines and Internet lines.

Thanks @Tarun! Everything is fine now, but I did lose Internet/Power for 24 hours or so.

In Austin it should be impossible because they don’t use that unregulated system for bills (supposedly). I will find out I guess!
