"Processing Delayed"

Received a page saying processing delayed right on purchase, with a cleverbridge number, and a statement saying it’s going to be manually processed in up to 24 hours, not sure what all I’m supposed to do with that, as everything I’ve read up until now says your product key is displayed immediately after purchase, hoping there’s some advice for me here
