Please uninstall GlassWire, then go to the “ProgramData” folder and delete the “GlassWire” folder, then reboot and try reinstalling again and let me know if that solves it.

It doesn’t matter now - it is running normally this morning.
As an aside, it failed to launch from the end of the setup with run Glasswire ticked. In fact it locked up the whole machine, requiring a reboot.
