In the last couple of days, I’ve started receiving random alerts for application versions changing to ‘empty value’.
At the time when these alerts come in, I haven’t been actively using these applications, haven’t recently updated them, nothing. They’re just purely random, out-of-the-blue. What is going on?
I’m using GlassWire 2.1.167.
Strange. I wonder if GlassWire was corrupted somehow? If you uninstall and reinstall does it still continue to happen?
I don’t know. For now I’ve just turned off ‘Application info monitor’ alerts, as these spurious alerts were continuing to be generated every few hours at random, for various different applications.
If I was to guess I’d guess our database was somehow corrupted and a clean reinstall would solve it. Sorry for the issue.
It’s true that it’s also easy to turn these alerts off under GlassWire/Settings/Security.
