Since the last update to Version 2.2.201 “Remote Desktop Connection” RDC connections are no longer logged.
What RDP software do you use? The default Windows software or something else?
Is this setting set to “On” in your settings?

Thanks for your detailed report. The issue should now be resolved for you if you update to 2.2.210.
We never face any RDP issues while using tools like logmein or R-HUB remote support servers. These work well and helps us in establishing remote desktop connection easily.
