Remote server monitoring problem

According to the User Guide:If my remote PC is behind the router and cannot connect, you may have to use the router to turn on port forwarding, or you can use a third-party service, such as Ngrok or Hamachi。

Does GlassWire provide network address translation service or DDNS service? Will similar functions be added in future versions?

No. None of your data goes through our servers and we’d prefer not to collect any user data, or have any user data go through our servers.

Verify the network connectivity

The most common cause of a failing RDP connection concerns network connectivity issues, for instance, if a firewall is blocking access. You can use ping, a Telnet client, and PsPing from your local machine to check the connectivity to the remote computer.
